Position: Concrete Finisher

Key Responsibilities:

Concrete Placement: Direct and manage the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces, ensuring quality and precision.
Surface Finishing: Level, compact, and finish concrete surfaces using a variety of hand and power tools.
Formwork Management: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, ensuring proper setup and alignment.
Site Preparation: Operate power vibrators and perform tasks to fill and smooth freshly poured cement.
Material Application: Apply hardening, sealing, and other components to cure and maintain concrete surfaces.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in concrete finishing.
Skills: Basic English proficiency, ability to handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Personal Traits: Strong attention to detail and a reliable team player.
Tools: Must have steel-toed safety boots.
Work Environment: Outdoors in dusty conditions with tasks involving bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Additional Information: Skid steer operation may be required (<10% of work hours). Experience is a plus but not mandatory.
