Location: Various sites in Stony Plain and surrounding areas, AB

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: $34 - $35.75 per hour, based on experience. Potential for salary increases and profit-sharing bonuses.
Employment Type: Full-time, seasonal with 44 to 60 hours per week (weather dependent). Overtime available.
Benefits: CORE Coverage (Basic Life, LTD, Basic AD&D) after 3 months; Supplementary Health and Basic Dental after 9 months.
Work Environment: Various outdoor sites, including residential, commercial, and institutional areas.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent training.
Skills: Ability to operate heavy machinery such as Asphalt Screeds, Pavers, and Graders. Capable of handling heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
Conditions: Physically demanding, fast-paced, and involves working in dusty and noisy environments.
Personal Qualities: Team player with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment.
Perform pre-operational checks and minor repairs.
Complete logs and safety reports.
Monitor safety conditions and handle communication equipment.
