Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage: Oversee the work crew, operators, and equipment to ensure contract commitments are met safely and profitably.
On-Site Leadership: Provide guidance and training to the team, manage site operations, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve work issues, recommend improvements for productivity, and make personnel recommendations.
Coordinate and Supervise: Organize daily activities, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of work.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in paving or road construction with supervisory skills.
Skills: English proficiency, ability to manage a team of 5-10, and strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements: Physically demanding work involving heavy load handling (up to 23 kg/50 lbs), attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime.
Personal Traits: Reliable, accurate, organized, and a strong team player.
Tools: Must have steel-toed safety boots.
Transportation: Willingness to travel regularly and a clean driving record required.
