Are you a motivated leader with a passion for customer service and team development? Steele Auto Group is seeking a dynamic Client Care Team Lead to join our growing team. Based remotely with occasional travel to Atlantic Canada dealerships and our Client Contact Center in Halifax, this role offers the perfect blend of leadership and operational duties.
As a Client Care Team Lead, you'll oversee daily operations, support a team of customer service representatives, and ensure that performance goals are met or exceeded. Your focus will be 70% on team development and leadership, guiding and mentoring call center agents to achieve their best. The remaining 30% of your time will be dedicated to operational efficiency, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service standards.
This opportunity offers a progressive call center environment with no weekends, evenings, or overnight shifts! Working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base wage, position premium, and bonus, with total cash compensation ranging from $40,000 to $50,000.
