A & O: Support Services for Older Adults is a not-for-profit organization committed to empowering older Manitobans since 1957. Based in Winnipeg, we provide specialized programs and services focused on enhancing the well-being of seniors, ensuring they remain safe, connected, and supported in their community.
Every year, A & O assists over 31,000 older adults and their caregivers, guided by our foundational pillars: Safety & Security, Social Engagement, and Counselling. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for older Manitobans, addressing their most pressing needs through innovative programs designed to foster a sense of belonging and support.
