The A. Wilfrid Johns Gallery, located in Victoria, has been a vibrant art space since its establishment in 1986. Supported by the Johns family, it features regular exhibitions from Art Education faculty, students, alumni, and community artists.
With a rich history tied to the University of Victoria, the gallery also showcases work from artistic scholars and local practitioners. Notably, the mural ‘Scope of the University,’ painted by Professor A. Wilfrid Johns, enriches the gallery’s legacy and connects it to the local academic community.
