The Alberta Federation of Shooting Sports (AFSS) is a dedicated non-profit organization established in 1974, serving the vibrant shooting community in Edmonton and throughout Alberta. Our mission is to promote, foster, and preserve the various shooting sports in the province, ensuring every individual is welcomed regardless of age, gender, or ability.
With a strong commitment to responsible sportsmanship, AFSS works diligently to provide funding and support for shooting sports initiatives. We're recognized as the provincial governing body, upholding standards of safety and independence across all programs, from archery to competitive shooting.
