The Calgary Rugby Union is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming rugby experience for all Southern Albertans. Established in 1954, we serve as the governing body for rugby in Southern Alberta, representing 14 clubs and over 95 teams. Our multi-sport facility is the cornerstone of the local rugby community, offering year-round opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels.
Located on over 30 acres, our facility features five full rugby pitches and a clubhouse complete with a kitchen, bar, and patio overlooking the stunning Rocky Mountains. We aim to promote rugby culture while supporting events and gatherings for our members. From weddings to fundraisers, our clubhouse creates a perfect atmosphere for celebrations while nurturing a love for the sport.
