Heritage Park Children's Programs Inc (HPCP) is a dedicated non-profit organization based in Winnipeg, committed to fostering a nurturing and safe environment for children. Since 1986, we have been serving families and the local community, ensuring that children have access to high-quality early learning experiences.
Our range of services includes four exceptional early learning programs and a Family Resource Centre, designed to support parents and caregivers. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive in an inclusive and fun atmosphere, where their individual needs are met with care and dedication.
