Hildegard's Bakery is a delightful spot located in Winnipeg, focusing on crafting high-quality baked goods. Our specialty lies in using organic flours and grains, baked in a traditional wood-fired brick oven. With a plant-filled ambiance, we aim to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all our customers.
Serving the local community, we have two locations: our original bakery at the corner of Portage & Maryland and a newer spot at The Village at Pineridge Hollow. Our team is dedicated to providing delicious, fresh bread and pizza, bringing joy to every customer who walks through our doors.
