Meal Prep For You (MP4U) is a thriving meal prep brand dedicated to promoting healthier living in Edmonton and beyond. Founded in 2014 by Morgan Decksheimer, the company began as a personal endeavor to support clients with nutritious meal options alongside their fitness regimes. Now, MP4U has evolved into a convenient service that provides fresh, balanced meals, crafted with quality ingredients and gluten-free options.
We aim to transform the way families approach meal planning and preparation by offering customizable meals that fit any lifestyle. Our mission is deeper than just food; we are committed to fostering a healthier, more connected community. With roots in relationship-building and care, MP4U ensures every meal is a step towards better well-being.
