Our Pricing

Minute Notary maintains transparent pricing for all services. Most documents are charged at a flat rate of $24.95 per seal, plus HST. For wills and powers of attorney, the fees are $115 for one document, $200 for any two, and $240 for a will plus both powers of attorney. If more than one person is signing, an additional fee of $24.95 applies for each extra signer. Students and low-income families can save up to 15% off online appointments. All costs are clearly displayed before booking, ensuring no surprises at checkout.

Mobile Notary Services

Minute Notary offers a convenient mobile service that travels to your location across Ontario. Whether you are at home, in a hospital, or in a long-term care facility, our mobile notary ensures that your important documents are notarized conveniently. This service is particularly beneficial for clients who have mobility challenges or need urgent notarizations for documents like wills and powers of attorney. Each mobile visit includes a standard $60 travel fee, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
