Sabor Restaurant has been a beloved Edmonton establishment since 2008, founded by childhood friends Christian Mena and Lino Oliveira. With roots in Chile and Portugal, they brought together their cultural heritage to create a dining experience that emphasizes flavor, friendship, and warmth.
Nestled in the historic Boardwalk Building, Sabor offers a menu inspired by the bold flavors of Iberia, focusing on seafood and family-style dining. With nearly 20 years in the industry, Sabor continues to be a favorite spot for locals to gather, enjoy hearty meals, and celebrate special moments together.
