Sunrise Records is a beloved Canadian record store chain that has been serving music enthusiasts since its founding in Toronto in 1977. With a commitment to providing a vast selection of vinyl records, CDs, and pop culture merchandise, Sunrise has become a go-to destination in Winnipeg for local music lovers.
The store has proudly expanded across Canada, especially after acquiring former HMV locations. By retaining many former employees and offering a more extensive array of music, Sunrise Records emphasizes community and the appreciation of arts. Their collection focuses not only on popular titles but also includes a spotlight on local independent artists.
