Located in the heart of Victoria, the Vancouver Island School of Art (VISA) has been a cornerstone of art education for over 20 years. We offer a welcoming environment for adults of all ages to explore their creativity, whether they are beginners or experienced artists looking to expand their skills. With small class sizes, our students enjoy personalized attention from dedicated instructors in a contemporary classroom space housed in a historic heritage building.
VISA not only provides individual courses and workshops but also a comprehensive Certificate of Visual Arts program, allowing students to delve deeply into the fields of drawing, painting, art history, and more. Our commitment to fostering a tight-knit community of artists is evident through collaborative projects, exhibitions, and a well-stocked art library that enhances the educational experience. Whether you're looking to meet new people, build connections, or further your artistic journey, you'll find a place here at VISA.
