Villages Calgary, part of the Global Village Crafts Society, has proudly promoted fair trade in Calgary for over 40 years. Located a short walk from Kensington, our non-profit organization focuses on ethical consumption that supports artisans and farmers globally. Our products serve as symbols of hope, empowerment, and fairness.
Since its inception in 1984, Villages Calgary has advanced the mission of fair trade, evolving from the original Self Help Crafts of the World to its current name. We carry diverse products from over 40 developing countries, emphasizing the importance of fair compensation for producers. Our organization thrives on volunteer efforts, further cultivating the spirit of community engagement and support.
