Pop Up Austin is looking for friendly, energetic individuals to join us as Event Operations Associates. We want you on board if you're passionate about delivering great customer service and creating unforgettable event experiences!

Open Positions:
Welcome Greeters: Be the first to greet guests, offering assistance and a warm welcome.
Parking Attendants: Help direct parking and guide guests for smooth entry to the event.

Your Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with guests in a positive, welcoming manner
Provide exceptional customer service and answer guest inquiries
Assist with event setup and operational logistics
Support event staff and vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in events or hospitality is a plus, but not required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:
Dates: September 21st–29th
Shifts: Up to 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
Pay: $18–$22 CAD/hour (based on experience and role)
