Our busy west end dental office is looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to help keep our property looking clean, safe, and welcoming. We are open to hiring either a part-time employee or an independent contractor.

Responsibilities Include:
• Picking up litter around the property
• Blowing leaves and debris from sidewalks and parking areas
• Mowing and trimming the lawn
• Planting and maintaining seasonal flowers
• Minor painting and touch-ups
• Pressure washing walkways and the exterior of the building
• General outdoor maintenance and property upkeep

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
• Dependable and takes pride in their work
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
