About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Advisor to join our brand management and market intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in local and regional advertising, particularly for the Ontario market, with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and communication materials production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated media plans using traditional and digital media

• Implement targeted advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness

• Design and produce communication materials like brochures, posters, and videos

• Collaborate with internal teams and local stakeholders to optimize marketing strategies

• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed

• Manage promotional materials and influencer collaborations

• Lead marketing projects from conception to execution

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience

• Bilingual (English/French) required

• Creativity, innovation, and strong organizational skills

• Familiarity with Ontario's media market and digital marketing platforms
