Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Develop: Manage a team of 8-10, guiding their growth and performance through regular evaluations and career development.
Optimize Operations: Implement and improve policies, oversee flight schedules, and manage booking systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Enhance Customer Experience: Monitor and address operational issues, ensure quality assurance, and handle customer feedback to continuously improve service.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work with airline partners and other departments to streamline processes and support new programs.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of team management experience in the travel or tour operator industry.
Proficient in process management, with strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of Airline Passenger Protection Regulation (APPR) and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
