The Role

We’re looking for Student Recruiters to promote Elevate U, engage with potential students, and pre-qualify them to apply. This role involves outreach through cold calling, community engagement, social media, and direct referrals. You'll be the first point of contact in helping someone explore the path to higher education.

This is a commission-based role that rewards your impact — ideal for someone with strong communication skills, initiative, and a desire to uplift others.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to individuals through calls, messages, and outreach campaigns
Promote Elevate U and explain how our education pathways work
Qualify interested leads using basic eligibility questions
Submit qualified prospects to the intake team for application follow-up
Log your activity and keep leads organized
Represent Elevate U’s values with professionalism and care
About Commission & Payouts

This is a commission-only role. Commission is $500 per & is earned and paid out only when:

A referred student is accepted into a program, and
The student has officially started their first week of classes, and
They remain enrolled and actively attending at the time government grants are issued.
This ensures you’re rewarded for successful, long-term enrollments — not just leads.
