Youth Worker – Group Home

We are seeking a Youth Worker to support children and youth living in a group home setting. The role involves providing daily care, supervision, and emotional support while maintaining a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Key Duties:

Supervise and support youth in daily routines

Build positive, trusting relationships

Implement care and behaviour support plans

Respond to and de-escalate crisis situations

Complete documentation and shift reports

Collaborate with CFS, schools, and service providers

Qualifications:

Experience working with youth (group home or similar)

Trauma-informed and strength-based approach

Shifts are open to (days, evenings, weekends)

Criminal Record, Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry checks
