The Canadian Romanian Society of Alberta, based in Edmonton, was established with the aim of fostering community among Romanian Canadians. Incorporated as a non-profit on April 4, 1978, it emerged from discussions among members of the Sts. Constantine and Elena Church, highlighting the need for a platform to support the Romanian diaspora.
Serving the local Romanian community, the society is committed to preserving cultural heritage while promoting social and educational activities. Through various initiatives and events, they strengthen connections among members and contribute positively to the broader Edmonton community.
