Graffiti Art Programming Inc. is a local non-profit organization in Winnipeg dedicated to empowering creative youth through art. We provide a platform for emerging artists, especially those from the University of Manitoba, to showcase their talents and participate in community art projects.
Operating at 109 Higgins Avenue, our initiatives aim to address important social issues through artistic expression, including the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's 94 Calls to Action. By engaging local youth, we foster conversations and create meaningful art that resonates with our community.
