Walterdale Theatre is a proud community theatre located in Edmonton, dedicated to presenting captivating and vibrant productions. Established in 1958, we have been showcasing local talent for over 60 years, making us one of Western Canada’s oldest amateur theatre groups.
Our theatre is unique as it is run almost entirely by passionate volunteers who love the art of theatre. This allows us to create an inclusive environment where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can engage in various aspects of live theatre production. We aim to nurture creativity while giving our community entertaining performance experiences right in the heart of Edmonton.
