Plume Winnipeg, formerly known as the Winnipeg International Writers Festival, has been celebrating writers and readers since 1997. Located in the vibrant city of Winnipeg, our mission is to engage diverse communities through quality writing and storytelling.
Over the years, we have grown from a volunteer coalition to a respected cultural organization. Our festivals, particularly the annual THIN AIR Festival, are crafted to showcase diverse voices, featuring exciting new books from Canadian and international authors. We take pride in fostering a community that embraces literature, creativity, and conversation through curated events and learning opportunities.
